Dear Members,
I am writing to invite you to a general meeting at Herts Bowls Club @ 16:00 on Thursday 27th April 2023. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the financial position of the Club and ways to improve our situation.
This meeting will also give members the opportunity to express any concerns they may have and come up with any suggestions that may benefit the Club.
This is an extremely important meeting and I would urge everyone to attend and particularly those of you that could not attend the recent Company AGM.
My apologies for such short notice but it is important that we have this meeting as soon as possible.
