Annual General Meeting
THE HERTS BOWLING CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 89th Annual General Meeting will be held at the Club Premises on Monday 28th March 2022 at 7.00pm. The general nature of business to be transacted will be:
Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on Friday 16th July 2021.
To consider and, if thought fit, approve the Financial Statements for the year ended 30th September 2021.
To appoint accountants and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
To elect Officers and Directors. (All nominees to be sent to the club secretary by the 21st March 2022. Nominee forms can be found in the office).
Any other Business (members may only raise items which are appropriate for the Company AGM, and they must be pre-notified to the Chairman by the 21st March 2022. By Order of the Board

Notes 1. Under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006, you are entitled to appoint another person as your proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend or speak and vote at a meeting of the Company.
A proxy form will be available on request five days prior to the meeting when the nominations have been received.
2. A copy of the Financial Statements for the year ended 30th September 2021 will available in the club office. .
3. Following the conclusion of the AGM the opportunity will be taken for an informal discussion on matters of interest that can be raised by members present.
4. A Board meeting will be held immediately following the AGM.
